Endoline Foxy Eye
Foxy Eye is a non-surgical eye lift using Endoline absorbable PDO/PCL threads placed beneath the brow and lateral canthus to elevate the outer eye, creating the upward 'fox-eye' / 'K-pop' cantal tilt. A visible result after treatment with no incision, no scar, no general anaesthetic. Threads dissolve over 12-18 months while continuing to stimulate native collagen — preserving the lift after the threads themselves are gone.

Research-informed guidance for this treatment type. Your doctor’s written plan after assessment always takes priority.
Before your appointment
- Complete the surgeon's eye, medical and anaesthetic assessment; disclose dry eye, vision problems, thyroid disease, medicines, supplements, smoking, allergies, previous eye procedures and infection.
- Only adjust medicine with the surgeon and prescribing clinician. Arrange transport and first-night support.
After treatment
- Follow the exact wound, ointment, eye-drop, cold-compress, head-elevation and dressing plan supplied by the surgical team.
- Protect the eyes and incisions from rubbing, contamination and strenuous activity until cleared.
- Attend every wound and suture review.
What may be expected
- Swelling, bruising, tightness, watering or temporary visual blur from ointment can occur early.
Contact us promptly
- Contact the surgical team urgently for increasing one-sided swelling, severe pain, uncontrolled bleeding, fever, wound opening or drainage.
- Seek emergency eye care for sudden vision loss or change, severe eye pain, a rapidly tense swollen eyelid, or new double vision.
1:1 follow-up
Before you leave, the team records your treatment, expected recovery, follow-up timing and direct contact path. A doctor reviews concerns when needed.
Evidence and patient information
Surgical procedures are booked through a consultation. The doctor assesses whether the procedure suits you and schedules the operating date after that. If you're not a candidate, we'll tell you directly.
