01兩種設備的 作用原理
Ulthera（微聚焦超聲波）在三個深度——1.5、3.0 及 4.5 mm——形成凝固點，包括外科面部提升手術所針對的 SMAS 層。Thermage（單極 RF 射頻）則對真皮層進行體積加熱。兩者均能刺激膠原蛋白再生，但能量傳遞的深度與模式截然不同。
02適合 哪類患者
存在面部下垂問題（如下頜贅肉、眉弓沉重感）的患者，更適合 Ulthera 深達 SMAS 層的提升效果。皮膚鬆弛、細皺紋明顯的患者，則更適合 Thermage 的真皮收緊治療。大多數四十歲左右的患者兩類問題並存，序貫聯合治療效果更佳。
03何時 聯合使用
序貫順序至關重要。通常建議先行 Ulthera，以改善結構性提升效果，再於 6 至 8 周后進行 Thermage，收緊皮膚輪廓。單次療程同時完成兩項治療雖在技術上可行，但患者耐受性會有所降低。
