Liquid Thread is an emerging thread-lift technology that delivers PCL (polycaprolactone) or PDO (polydioxanone) microspheres via injection rather than cannula-placement of fixed threads. The microspheres act as biostimulator scaffolding under the skin, triggering collagen production over 8–12 weeks while providing immediate gentle lift via the gel carrier.
Less downtime than traditional thread lift (no cannula incisions, smaller bruising), shorter session time (30 min vs 60-90 min), but lift effect is more subtle than fixed threads.
