01两种设备的 作用原理
Ulthera（微聚焦超声波）在三个深度——1.5、3.0 及 4.5 mm——形成凝固点，包括外科面部提升手术所针对的 SMAS 层。Thermage（单极 RF 射频）则对真皮层进行体积加热。两者均能刺激胶原蛋白再生，但能量传递的深度与模式截然不同。
02适合 哪类患者
存在面部下垂问题（如下颌赘肉、眉弓沉重感）的患者，更适合 Ulthera 深达 SMAS 层的提升效果。皮肤松弛、细皱纹明显的患者，则更适合 Thermage 的真皮收紧治疗。大多数四十岁左右的患者两类问题并存，序贯联合治疗效果更佳。
03何时 联合使用
序贯顺序至关重要。通常建议先行 Ulthera，以改善结构性提升效果，再于 6 至 8 周后进行 Thermage，收紧皮肤轮廓。单次疗程同时完成两项治疗虽在技术上可行，但患者耐受性会有所降低。

05常见问题
可以在同一次疗程中同时进行两项治疗吗？+
