Before your appointment
- Review allergies, active infection, bleeding tendency, medicines, prior implants or filler, and the gradual treatment plan with the doctor.
- Do not stop prescribed medicine on your own.
After treatment
- Massage the treated areas for 5 minutes, 5 times a day, for 5 days, unless your treating doctor gives a different written plan.
- A wrapped cool pack may be used during the first 24 hours; avoid strenuous exercise, extensive sun/UV exposure, tanning and extreme temperatures for the first 24 hours.
- Use the clinic contact path if nodules or inflammation appear later.
