Sculptra works by stimulating your own collagen production, which takes time. The product itself does not provide the volume — your collagen does. This is why results are gradual and look natural.

The most common Sculptra side effects: bruising or tenderness at injection sites (3-7 days), mild swelling resolving in 72 hours. The uncommon-but-important risk is granuloma/nodule formation under the skin, prevented by: (1) correct diluent ratio and rest-time per Galderma protocol, (2) the 5-5-5 massage regimen (5 minutes × 5 times/day × 5 days post-treatment), (3) injecting at the correct depth by an experienced physician.
