- A subbrow lift (sub-eyebrow lift) surgically lifts heavy, hooded upper eyelids and a drooping brow tail by removing a strip of skin through an incision hidden just beneath the eyebrow. It opens up the eye and lifts the brow tail without creating or altering your natural eyelid crease — unlike double-eyelid surgery, which builds a fold.
