Emerald is a molding-cog thread lift using 3D multi-directional barbed absorbable threads. The molding-cog design anchors the SMAS layer more securely than smooth threads, producing a firmer lift along the cheek, jawline and jowl while stimulating Type I and Type III collagen as the threads gradually absorb over 12–18 months.
