We pre-medicate with oral analgesics 30 minutes before; patients consistently rate the discomfort 4–6 out of 10. The 200-line package is delivered over a single 75–90 minute session — you'll feel each line, and the post-session sensation is mild bruise-like tenderness for 1–2 days.
Why Ulthera Prime over the standard Ulthera SPT?
Prime is the upgraded handpiece system: deeper coverage cartridges (1.5/3.0/4.5/6.0mm vs. SPT's 1.5/3.0/4.5mm only), faster pulse timing, and a wider treatment area. For patients in their 40s and 50s with moderate laxity who want the strongest non-surgical lift in one session, Prime is usually the right call. For mild brow lift or early laxity in your 30s, standard SPT at ฿18,000 is more proportionate.
Is the 200-line package one session or split across visits?
The 200-line promo is one single session. We deliver all 200 lines in one continuous treatment because the collagen-rebuild response is cumulative — splitting reduces the trigger response. Your physician maps the lines across the lower face, jawline, and submental area at the consult. Adding neck or décolletage is a separate line count quoted on top.
When can I see real results?
Immediate tightness from heat-shrink in week 1 — this is real but temporary. The actual collagen remodelling starts at week 4, peaks at months 3–6, and the final lifted contour is what you'll photograph at month 6.
