Ultraformer MPT is the latest-generation HIFU (High-Intensity Focused Ultrasound) platform from CLASSYS Inc. (South Korea). Its Micro Pulsed Technology fractionates each ultrasound shot into rapid micro-pulses, delivering focused thermal coagulation points up to ~2.5× faster and more comfortably than earlier HIFU while reaching the same clinically meaningful depths — 1.5 mm (superficial dermis), 3.0 mm (deep dermis) and 4.5 mm (the SMAS layer addressed in surgical facelifts).
The micro-coagulation zones trigger a wound-healing response that drives progressive collagen and elastin remodelling over 2–6 months, lifting and 'leaning' the lower face, jawline and neck without surgery or downtime. Evolved from the Ultraformer III, it uses MMFU (Micro & Macro Focused Ultrasound) and a new MP (Micro Pulse) cartridge that delivers energy more finely and evenly — in both Line and Circular patterns — so it can reach detailed, hard-to-treat areas such as around the eyes more precisely than the previous generation. Energy is delivered at multiple depths: 1.5/2.0 mm for skin, pores and fine lines; 3.0 mm reaching the subcutaneous fat layer; 4.5 mm to lift the SMAS layer (the same plane thread lifting addresses); and a Body cartridge at 6.0–13.0 mm for body-contour areas.
