Before your appointment

After treatment
- Use a wrapped cool pack gently if advised; avoid direct pressure and do not massage the treated area.
- Sleep on your back with the head elevated for 5β7 nights and keep facial movement gentle.
- Avoid strenuous exercise for 2 weeks, strong heat or sauna for 3 weeks, and dental work or prolonged wide mouth opening for 4 weeks, unless your written plan differs.
- Use gentle cleansing after 24 hours and follow the clinic's makeup timing.
What may be expected
- Tenderness, swelling, bruising, tightness, dimpling or temporary asymmetry can occur early and should progressively settle.
